About the Role
Our client is looking for a dynamic energetic and results-oriented Direct Sales Agent to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing and selling the bank s financial products and services including account opening while ensuring exceptional customer service and consistently meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Actively market and sell the bank s products and services to new and existing customers.
Drive account opening initiatives by onboarding new customers and ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
Identify potential clients through field visits referrals networking and lead generation.
Provide accurate information to customers regarding financial products such as accounts loans and insurance packages.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to management on competitor activities customer needs and market trends.
Ensure compliance with bank policies procedures and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the supervisor.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Sales Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
2 3 years of proven experience in banking and/or insurance sales.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong networking negotiation and communication skills.
Self-motivated energetic and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
