Training Strategy & Execution: Develops implements and manages the Hotel Training Plan and budget aligned with strategic goals; conducts training needs analyses; designs and delivers tailored training programs; maintains a comprehensive training calendar; ensures participation in Accor and brand-standard training.
Team Development & Support: Facilitates onboarding orientation and on-the-job training in coordination with department heads; provides coaching counselling and advisory support; ensures compliance with grooming uniform and behavioral standards; translates and communicates key T&C policies as needed.
Administration & Collaboration: Maintains accurate training records and submits reports; supports policy implementation and staff events; liaises with external partners and associations; performs other duties as assigned by the GM or Director of Talent & Culture.
Qualifications :
-L&DMicrosoft Office

L&D supervisory experience and Microsoft Office skills required; related degree preferred
Strong communication organization and problem-solving; reliable and professional
