Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead Agile Release Trains (ART) an drive successful Program Increment (PI) planning and execution. The RTE will act as a servant leader and coach ensuring collaboration across teams measuring delivery and flow and managing ART-level execution and dependencies. A background in wealth management or the financial industry is strongly preferred.

Salary:
Based on our Work Rules we will consider your experience skills and knowledge when we decide the salary.
Commutation allowance and Variable Incentive Bonus are paid based on our Work Rules.
Working Hours:
Standard Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm (Include 1 hour break. Flex-time system available)
