Job Description
Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Software Solution Architect to design robust scalable and secure systems while collaborating across teams to drive innovation and meet business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and enforce architectural standards patterns and best practices for system & application design system integration and deployment.
Partner with product management and engineering teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.
Develop architecture review processes and ensure all software solutions meet quality security and scalability standards.
Design cross-functional system integrations between internal platforms client systems third-party tools and custom applications.
Collaborate with Product DevOps and Engineering teams to ensure cohesive system designs that enable smooth data flow and service orchestration.
Identify and recommend improvements in system architecture to achieve business and technical objectives.
Design API-first and event-driven architecture using RabbitMQ Kong API Gateway and other asynchronous/synchronous models.
Integrate multiple tech stacks databases and messaging systems into cohesive solutions.
Design and maintain architecture for single systems and microservices ensuring high availability scalability and maintainability.
Apply domain-driven design (DDD) and event-driven patterns to support large-scale distributed environments.
Work across multi-tech stacks (C# .NET Core Angular React React Native etc.) to create future-proof solutions.
Design cloud-native and distributed systems leveraging GCP Firebase Firestore and other cloud services.
Collaborate with DevOps and DevSecOps to ensure CI/CD pipelines support multi-environment deployments.
Ensure proper observability logging and monitoring of systems to guarantee uptime and performance.
Orchestrate data flow real-time messaging and synchronization across Firestore SQL PostgreSQL MongoDB and DuckDB databases.
Conduct architecture reviews technical audits and system design assessments for projects.
Implement and maintain an architecture decision log (ADR) for transparency and accountability.
Apply technical risk management strategies to address performance security and maintainability concerns.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security and regulatory standards and manage system vulnerabilities.
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams transforming business needs into scalable software solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Solution Architect Solution Architect or Software Architect. Alternatively 3 years of experience as an architect if the candidate previously held senior technical roles.
Proven hands-on experience in designing and implementing complex systems.
Experience in creating and documenting High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD) with UML diagrams system flow diagrams sequence diagrams and architectural blueprints.
Strong software development experience across different tech stacks (Angular React React Native C# .NET Core ).
Strong knowledge of GCP (Google Cloud Platform) Firebase and Firestore with expertise in cloud-native design.
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL PostgreSQL MongoDB DuckDB and Apache tools with some exposure to modern data warehousing and processing.
Experience in event-driven architecture message brokers (RabbitMQ) API Gateways (Kong API Gateway) and asynchronous/synchronous communication patterns.
Hands-on experience with microservice design orchestration and containerization (Docker Kubernetes) in large-scale distributed environments.
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines DevOps DevSecOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Strong grasp of SOLID principles Domain-Driven Design (DDD) CQRS and Event Sourcing.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
