Black & Grey HR is hiring a HR Manager for a reputed & diversified global business group expanding into India. Our client is looking for a dynamic and strategic HR professional to establish and lead all human resource functions for their India branch. This pivotal role involves building the HR framework from the ground up ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws and developing policies processes and initiatives to support business growth and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement HR policies processes and systems from scratch for the India office.
- Lead end-to-end hiring employer branding and structured onboarding programs.
- Build a positive and collaborative work culture address grievances and promote employee engagement.
- Develop appraisal systems KPIs and career progression frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to Indian labor laws statutory requirements and HR best practices.
- Oversee payroll benefits administration and compensation planning.
- Identify skill gaps and implement targeted learning & development programs.
- Maintain HR metrics prepare regular reports and provide insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Master s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience preferably in a setup/expansion environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to build HR processes and frameworks from scratch.
- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and influence at all levels.
