Job Summary

Role Purpose:
As a Sales Executive you will drive sales growth nurture client relationships and promote the companys products in B2B and B2G segments across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in B2B and B2G markets
  • Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and upselling
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Provide expert knowledge of paint and coating products
  • Collaborate with internal teams for customer servicing
  • Generate regular sales reports and market feedback
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and resolve customer concerns

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of paints and coatings
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in B2B/B2G sales and industrial product sales
  • CRM software and MS Office proficiency
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-5 years in paint industry sales with proven performance

Education:

  • Bachelor s in Chemistry Chemical/Industrial Engineering Or Bachelor s in Business Marketing or related field

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in industrial/B2B/B2G paint sales with strong product knowledge and persuasive communication
  • Candidates from completely field sales profile
