Job Description
Role Purpose:
As a Sales Executive you will drive sales growth nurture client relationships and promote the companys products in B2B and B2G segments across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in B2B and B2G markets
- Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and upselling
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Provide expert knowledge of paint and coating products
- Collaborate with internal teams for customer servicing
- Generate regular sales reports and market feedback
- Provide excellent after-sales service and resolve customer concerns
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of paints and coatings
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Experience in B2B/B2G sales and industrial product sales
- CRM software and MS Office proficiency
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years in paint industry sales with proven performance
Education:
-
Bachelor s in Chemistry Chemical/Industrial Engineering Or Bachelor s in Business Marketing or related field
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in industrial/B2B/B2G paint sales with strong product knowledge and persuasive communication
- Candidates from completely field sales profile
