Roles and Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose IT services and
consulting solutions accordingly.
Generate and qualify leads through online portals networking and market research.
Conduct compelling product/software demos and presentations to showcase service capabilities
leading to solution-based sales.
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and technical experts to create sales
collateral case studies and proposals tailored to client needs.
Prepare business requirement documents and scope project deliverables for client engagements.
Support pre-sales activities including proposal writing RFP responses and contract negotiation.
Work closely with the project and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service
delivery for clients.
Perform competitive analysis market research and ROI assessments to identify new business
opportunities.
Develop sales strategies by identifying market gaps and customer pain points offering tailored IT
solutions.
Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the companys
service offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration IT Computer Science or a related
field ( BBA BCA MBA etc.).
Experience or knowledge of IT services cloud solutions software development or consulting
will be preferred.
Excellent project management and client relationship management skills.
Self-motivated proactive and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Ability to quickly learn and understand IT products and services.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in defining business metrics and using data-driven
insights for decision-making.
Prior experience in IT sales pre-sales or business development is a plus.
