Role Overview The Admin cum Sales Executive will oversee day-to-day administrative operations while supporting sales and client engagement activities.
This role involves seamless coordination between clients the design team and management to drive company growth and ensure smooth functioning of showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities -
Maintain showroom presentation standards including displays material samples catalogs and product literature.

Manage front office operations documentation correspondence and daily workflow within the office.

Schedule appointments maintain records and handle customer inquiries.
-
Handle petty cash expense tracking and basic bookkeeping tasks.

Maintain and update customer databases records and reports for management review.
-
Welcome and assist walk-in customers and potential clients in a professional and friendly manner.
-
Understand customer requirements for interior products and provide suitable recommendations.
-
Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective customer engagement and follow-ups.
-
Support marketing initiatives exhibition participation and promotional activities for interior design services.
-
Ensure high-quality client service and relationship management to encourage repeat business.
-
Visit potential growth areas and present sales pitches to prospective clients.
-
Collect customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
-
Support other administrative duties as required to ensure smooth operations of the showroom.
Expertise and Qualifications -
Bachelors degree or Diploma in Business Administration Marketing or related field.

1 2 years of combined experience in administration and sales preferably in interior design architecture or real estate industries.

Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).

Strong organizational multitasking and client relationship management abilities.

Presentable self-motivated and capable of handling both administrative and direct sales activities
