Job Description
Location: Chennai (Workroom Office)
Schedule: 5 Days/Week Onsite
Working Hours: 11:30 AM 8:30 PM IST
Collaboration: Work with Global Teams
Experience: 12 Years
Role Overview:
As a hands-on Engineering Manager youll lead a high-performing team building scalable C/Unix systems and ensure successful collaboration across global development teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a strong backend engineering team.
Deliver performant reliable and secure solutions.
Ensure adherence to development best practices and architecture.
Coordinate with global peers on project planning and delivery.
Requirements:
12 years of C development with at least 3 years in leadership;
Solid experience in multithreading and Linux-based systems;
Strong debugging testing and CI/CD background;
Experience working with distributed teams and remote collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of networking protocols or distributed systems;
Exposure to C20 Boost STL or other modern C libraries;
Hands-on experience with Docker Kubernetes or other container tools;
Familiarity with Java (Spring Boot) and Redis.
