About the Role:
We re seeking a Braze Analyst & Platform Configuration Specialist to support our CRM and Marketing Tech team in delivering personalized data-driven customer experiences. You ll help configure and manage the Braze platform build campaigns and ensure accurate data flows across our retail systems to enable smarter omnichannel engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage Braze campaigns (Email SMS Push In-App Content Cards).
- Use Liquid HTML and basic JS for personalization.
- Configure Canvases user attributes custom events and segments.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Data teams to ensure data accuracy and campaign success.
- Monitor Braze platform performance troubleshoot issues and suggest optimizations.
What You ll Bring:
- 2 4 years of Braze experience in CRM or campaign ops roles.
- Strong knowledge of campaign setup segmentation and personalization.
Background in retail or eCommerce environments and familiarity with retail or eCommerce data flows.
- Working knowledge of HTML Liquid and basic SQL.
- Excellent collaboration and attention to detail.

- Experience with Sales Force Marketing Cloud or any loyalty platforms
