We are looking for a skilled VMware Server Administrator to manage configure and optimize VMware-based lab environments. The role involves hands-on work with VMware ESXi vCenter and server hardware ensuring lab stability VM provisioning troubleshooting and performance tuning for enterprise-level setups.

Key Skills

VMware vSphere ESXi vCenter installation & configuration
VM provisioning migration cloning snapshots & templates
Server hardware management (Dell/HP/IBM preferred)
Windows & Linux Server administration
Networking basics: VLANs DNS DHCP IP Subnetting
Storage concepts: SAN/NAS Datastore management
Backup & Recovery (Veeam/Commvault/NetBackup)
Troubleshooting VM performance & resource issues
Scripting (PowerCLI / PowerShell / Bash) added advantage
Familiarity with security hardening & patch management
