Role Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone email and in-person interactions.
- Assist customers in resolving their queries effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the database.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to improve service processes.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to customers.
- Handle escalated customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and technical support resources.
- Assist in the development of customer support policies and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support sales efforts by identifying potential upsell opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
- Meet performance metrics and customer service goals.
Qualifications
- 12th pass and graduate both can apply
- Proven experience in customer support or related field.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with customer support software.
- Knowledge of basic IT troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Customer-centric attitude.
- Prior experience in an on-site customer support role preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Experience in training others is a plus.
