Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and growth strategies across IT and Non -IT sectors with a specific focus on startups mid-sized and product/service-based companies. The ideal candidate should have strong market awareness communication skills and the ability to generate and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source data from marketing conduct market research and generate leads.
Identify market movements (new startups funding listings leadership changes etc.).
Make cold calls and connect with potential non-IT clients for business acquisition.
Develop IT client database and explore opportunities in HR implementation tools (Staffing & Recruitment).
Focus on acquiring and engaging with startups mid & small-sized product and service companies.
Coordinate and assist in HR tool implementation for clients.
Follow-up consistently and work towards achieving defined sales targets.
Requirements:
1 2 years of experience in Business Development preferably in Staffing or HR Industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one regional language (Kannada / Hindi / Telugu / Tamil).
Strong market mapping analytical and research abilities.
Prior experience in cold calling and lead conversion.
Strong understanding of HR tools and staffing lifecycle.
Self-starter with a hardcore business mindset and a drive to achieve results.
Bonus Skills:
Exposure to handling HR software or tools.
Existing client database in staffing or recruitment.
