We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Counselor International Recruitment to guide and support candidates aspiring for overseas career opportunities. The role involves providing end-to-end counseling clarifying international recruitment processes and ensuring a smooth transition for candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel candidates regarding overseas job opportunities requirements and career prospects.
Provide guidance on documentation visa migration support and interview preparation.
Maintain updated knowledge of international recruitment markets trends and regulations.
Build strong relationships with candidates and assist them throughout the recruitment journey.
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams vendors and overseas clients for candidate processing.
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets of counseling sessions applications and closures.
Maintain candidate records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in any field (Human Resources Business or related discipline preferred).
1 3 years of experience in counseling/recruitment/overseas education.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple candidate queries and handle end-to-end counseling.
Knowledge of international recruitment processes will be an added advantage.
Target-driven with a customer-centric approach.
