Your Role as a Growth and Sales Intern
As one of our first hires on the sales team youll play a pivotal role in shaping our outbound sales strategy and pipeline. This isn t just another intern role you ll work directly with the founders experiment with new playbooks and help define how Talent Tribe Consulting engages with prospects and clients.
What You ll Do:
- Identify and research potential leads across LinkedIn email and other channels.
- Run outbound email and call campaigns to introduce Talent Tribe and spark conversations.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs.
- Work with founders and sales leadership to iterate on messaging and outreach tactics.
- Maintain detailed records in CRM tools and track key performance metrics.
Requirements
Communication Skills confident in talking to people clear in writing.
Active Listening understanding customer needs before pitching.
Research Ability digging into leads industries and competitors.
Relationship Building making connections and keeping conversations warm.
Resilience & Grit staying positive through rejections.
Time Management juggling calls emails and follow-ups.
Presentation Skills explaining ideas in a simple persuasive way.
Tech Savvy comfortable with CRM tools LinkedIn and email outreach.
Team Player collaborates well with sales & marketing teams.
