Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive with strong exposure to Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and proven field experience across Maharashtra and Gujarat especially with manufacturing companies. Therole focuses on new client acquisition market expansion and driving business growth across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify approach and acquire new clients especially manufacturing companies across Maharashtra & Gujarat.

Promote and sell Material Handling Equipment to prospective customers.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
-
Conduct regular market research to analyze trends customer needs and industry opportunities.
-
Monitor competitor activities pricing and product positioning to stay ahead in the market.
-
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
-
Provide product demonstrations and technical knowledge to clients as required.
-
Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and territory performance updates.

Travel extensively across the assigned territory to meet customers and generate business.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in Sales/Marketing of Material Handling Equipment or related industrial products.

Strong understanding of manufacturing industry requirements in Maharashtra & Gujarat.

Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
-
Strong product knowledge and ability to explain technical features confidently.

Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.

Self-driven target-oriented and proactive approach to sales.
-
Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned region.
Preferred Skills:

Experience dealing with industrial clients warehouses logistics firms and manufacturing plants.

Good networking ability and customer relationship management skills.

Knowledge of sales reporting and CRM tools (optional but preferred).
