Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative to join our this role you will be on the front lines of our sales efforts identifying potential clients reaching out to decision-makers qualifying opportunities and building long-term relationships to convert prospects into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns to targeted shippers manufacturers and distributors.
Qualify leads by understanding their shipping needs pain points and decision-making process.
Nurture leads through consistent follow-up sharing relevant information and keeping our company name top-of-mind until they are ready to move forward.
Book meetings for our account executives and sales team.
Maintain accurate records of outreach conversations and lead status in the excel sheet.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly outreach follow-up and lead qualification targets.
Represent our company professionally and communicate our value proposition clearly.
Qualifications
2-3years logistics experience required we provide full training.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and social media outreach.
Persistent and disciplined in lead follow-up and relationship-building.
Goal-oriented self-motivated and resilient.
Able to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
