Job Description
Job Title: Electrical Engineer & Energy/Sustainability Lead
Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer to drive the site s energy and sustainability initiatives through the internal program while providing expert electrical engineering support. This role combines leadership in energy management with hands-on involvement in electrical project upgrades energy optimizations and preventive maintenance builds.
Key Responsibilities
GENIUS Lead / Energy & Sustainability
- Lead and continuously improve the energy management program.
- Promote energy awareness and sustainability culture site-wide.
- Monitor analyze and report energy consumption and sustainability metrics.
- Develop and execute energy efficiency projects aligned with corporate goals.
- Collaborate across teams to embed energy and sustainability practices.
- Facilitate training and communication on energy conservation.
- Ensure compliance with energy regulations and corporate policies.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
Electrical Engineer / Site Electrical SME
- Support electrical project upgrades modifications and PM builds.
- Lead electrical design reviews troubleshooting and safety compliance.
- Optimize electrical systems for energy efficiency and reliability.
- Maintain electrical documentation and assist with vendor coordination.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering Energy Management or related field.
- >2 years experience in electrical engineering and energy management in industrial settings.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in energy data analysis and electrical design.
- Knowledge of energy management systems sustainability frameworks and regulations.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
