We re looking for a Bar Manager to join the team of a busy 4-star hotel in North Dublin a property known for its buzzing atmosphere exceptional service and a strong local reputation.
This is more than just another bar role: you ll be part of the senior management team shaping the guest experience leading a talented crew and driving innovation in one of the most dynamic departments in the hotel.

Lead operations across a number of Bars within the property from lively guest spaces to private event service.

What We re Looking For
Previous experience in a bar management or duty management role in a busy 3* or 4* hotel.
Confidence in leading large teams and keeping service standards high.
Strong knowledge of bar operations and industry trends (and ideally HACCP trained).
Flexible can-do attitude happy to jump in and support wherever needed.
A natural communicator with excellent people skills.
