Were looking for a dynamic Commercial Solutions Manager to shape commercial strategy and drive profitable growth across the Republic of Ireland. This is your chance to influence healthcare solutions in acute long-term care and community sectors within the HSE nursing homes and private marketsincluding architects and building contractors.

What Youll Do
- Lead & Inspire: Provide direction and motivation to the Sales Team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results.
- Build Relationships: Engage with senior HSE stakeholders and C/D suite executives to promote innovative solutions.
- Drive Growth: Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to differentiate Arjo in the market.
- Strategize & Execute: Create annual business plans manage budgets and implement Arjos selling process for consistent success.
- Coach & Develop: Mentor your team to enhance customer service and support career progression.
- Stay Ahead: Share market and competitor insights to keep Arjo at the forefront of healthcare solutions.
What Were Looking For
- Proven success in sales or commercial management ideally in medical devices or healthcare.
- Strong leadership and change management skills to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication relationship-building and strategic thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems forecasting and quotations.
- Knowledge of Arjo products and solutions is a plus.
