We are hiring a Neuro-Interventional & Cerebrovascular Services Radiology Manager in our hospital in Dublin Ireland.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of Neuro Interventional Radiology and Cerebrovascular services within the Brain Institute
Ensure full compliance with clinical governance safety protocols and regulatory standards.
Analyse service performance metrics such as throughput wait times and modality utilisation.
Develop and implement strategies to support service expansion efficiency and optimisation.
Prepare business cases for equipment upgrades staffing models and service redesign.
Monitor budget performance and contribute to financial planning.
Lead and support a multidisciplinary team.
Manage recruitment onboarding training and professional development in collaboration with the Head of Radiology Operations.
Foster a culture of accountability innovation and continuous improvement.
Conduct staff performance reviews and support overall staff wellbeing.
Liaise with multidisciplinary teams across the hospital.
Work with the Quality team DPO and Legal to ensure compliant software and data use.
Represent Neuro Interventional Radiology and the Hospital Brain Institute in hospital-wide strategic planning and governance forums
Requirements
BSc in Radiography
CORU Registered
Postgraduate qualification in Interventional Radiology
Postgraduate qualification in Leadership
Minimum of 10 years experience working as a Radiographer
Proven experience working within a Radiography team
Competent in intravenous cannulation and contrast administration
Evidence of ongoing post-registration professional development
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Demonstrates strong motivation and an innovative approach to the role
