We are looking for a new team member as Sales Executive who will be driving business growth through efficient management of sales processes and proactive market monitoring. This role combines sales prospecting with essential administrative support to ensure seamless contract management accurate documentation and effective coordination of events. The Sales Executive plays a critical role in maintaining strong client relationships maximizing revenue opportunities and supporting operational functions to contribute to the companys overall success with a large emphasis on the MICE segment.
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage contracting processes ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Prepare Proforma invoices for client approval and internal processing.
- Handle and manage Opera Cloud and Sales & Catering systems by inputting new inquiries updating statuses and maintaining data integrity.
- Prepare Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with precise details for smooth event execution.
- Conduct calculations for events and group bookings to ensure profitability and feasibility.
- Input rooming lists accurately for group reservations and coordinate related logistics.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) in line with client requirements and company policies.
- Process applications for bus entry permits ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Prospecting and Proactive Tasks:
- Conduct regular competition checks to stay informed on market offerings and pricing strategies.
- Monitor the market trends and prepare detailed reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Perform press monitoring to identify relevant industry news and potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate events in collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure flawless execution.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role preferably in hospitality or events.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Opera Cloud Sales & Catering systems or similar CRM tools.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
