Job Description
- As a Care Worker you will provide compassionate person-centred care to individuals who need support with daily living activities. You will promote dignity independence and well-being working as part of a dedicated care team across various shift patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality personal care and support in line with individual care plans.
Assist with daily routines including washing dressing toileting and mobility.
Help with meal preparation eating and hydration.
Administer or support with medication as required (following training and policy).
Build trusting respectful relationships with clients and their families.
Maintain accurate care records reports and documentation.
Ensure a safe clean and comfortable living environment.
Support service users to maintain independence and engage in activities where possible.
Work as part of a team and attend handovers to ensure continuity of care.
Follow all company policies health and safety guidelines and safeguarding procedures.
Shifts:
This is a shift-based role which may include:
Morning afternoon evening and overnight shifts
Weekends and public holidays
- Enhanced DBS is Required
