Your leadership and decision-making skills will be essential in ensuring the successful execution of various projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement strategic plans and objectives.
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyse and improve existing processes to drive operational excellence.
  • Lead and support cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in budgeting financial planning and resource allocation.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or related field (preferred).

Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (Master\'s degree preferred) Proven experience in a managerial role within the social, NGO, health, or care industry Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and best practices Passion for driving positive change and making a difference in the community
