Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director to join our team. As an Assistant Director you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall strategic and operational management of the organization. You will work closely with the Director to develop and implement business plans enhance processes and drive organizational growth. Your leadership and decision-making skills will be essential in ensuring the successful execution of various projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement strategic plans and objectives.
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyse and improve existing processes to drive operational excellence.
  • Lead and support cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in budgeting financial planning and resource allocation.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or related field (preferred).

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred) Proven experience in a managerial role within the social, NGO, health, or care industry Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and best practices Passion for driving positive change and making a difference in the community
