Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement strategic plans and objectives.
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Analyse and improve existing processes to drive operational excellence.
- Lead and support cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Monitor and report on the progress of projects and initiatives.
- Assist in budgeting financial planning and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related field (preferred).
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred) Proven experience in a managerial role within the social, NGO, health, or care industry Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and best practices Passion for driving positive change and making a difference in the community
