Job Summary
As a Void supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing all Void Projects for the specific contract area. Your role involves ensuring that work progresses according to plans schedules and safety standards. Additionally you will manage a team of direct labour operatives and subcontractors covering void maintenance. Projects will vary in scope. Your tasks will include:
- Assisting and complying with Health and Safety
- Overseeing completion of works in line with KPI targets
- Supporting subcontractors clients and suppliers
- Working closely with office teams when coordinating works systematically
- Providing Quotes to clients ensuring value for money
- Liaising with Housing Teams Lettings/energy suppliers and external parties
- Ensure 100% compliance in EICR EPC LGSR/Gas and Asbestos
- Attending weekly client meetings
- Conducting post-inspections
Your ability to motivate the team to ensure work completion is crucial and you will play a key role in maintaining efficiency quality and safety on our sites.
Qualifications :
- Strong IT knowledge
- Asbestos awareness certificate
- In date DBS check
- Experience in voids preferred but not essential
- Experience within the housing sector preferred
- Valid driving license
- SSSTS
