We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Field Care Supervisor to join our friendly team. You will support the Registered Manager and care staff in maintaining high standards of care ensuring compliance and promoting a supportive and positive culture in the field.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct spot checks observations and supervisions of care staff in the community.
- Support the Registered Manager with care plans risk assessments and reviews.
- Provide coaching mentoring and ongoing support to care staff.
- Ensure care delivery meets CIW (Care Inspectorate Wales) standards.
- Maintain accurate records and report concerns promptly.
- Participate in the on-call rota (1 in 45 weekends and one evening per week).
- Build positive relationships with clients families and professionals
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Previous experience in domiciliary/home care (essential).
- Experience in a supervisory or senior care role (preferred).
- Good knowledge of CIW regulations and person-centred care.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
- Kind compassionate and committed to providing outstanding care.
