Job Description

Position: Sales Administrator

Location: Hemel Hempstead Business Park (Youll need a car - free parking is provided!)

Salary: 25K - 28K plus gym membership & bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am 5.30pm (Hybrid work from home on Fridays)

Contract: Permanent full-time

Based in stylish modern offices in Hemel Hempstead their team is passionate creative and fun to work with. As they continue to grow they re looking for ambitious detail-loving team players to join the adventure.

What You ll Be Doing:

As a Sales Administrator you ll be the go-to person for ensuring orders are processed smoothly customers are supported brilliantly and everything behind the scenes is running like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing B2B and B2C sales orders across global platforms (Amazon eBay Macy s Target Costco training provided)
  • Creating invoices credit notes and uploading to customer portals
  • Coordinating with UK & US logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch
  • Helping manage key retail accounts
  • Preparing commercial invoices packing lists and export documentation
  • Handling customer service queries (email and phone)
  • Coordinating courier collections and sample orders
  • Preparing for sales meetings (gathering samples arranging refreshments etc.)
  • Supporting sales teams with exhibitions and demo stock management
  • Keeping product and logistics documentation accurate and up to date


Requirements

What You ll Need:

  • Proven stable experience within an Administrative role or Sales Support gained within the UK.
  • Highly organised with strong multitasking skills - you enjoy using your initiative on a daily basis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A team player who s happy to help out at toy events and thrives in a fast-paced environment
