Monitor the performance and quality of outsourced services including housekeeping pest control and fleet.
Maintain accurate records for work orders service requests and vendor contracts.
Establish and maintain vendor files; verify accuracy of submitted documentation.
Manage the internal/external movement of all company assets.
Coordinate and support all facilities-related needs for internal events across main offices and coworking areas.
Supervise maintenance activities and lead contract negotiations with external service providers.
Handle all facilities needs and requirements across logistics hubs and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
Review and analyze monthly third-party service reports; ensure adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical or Civil).
Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management within a dynamic environment.
Solid understanding of building systems maintenance protocols and safety standards.
Proficiency in MS Office and facility management tools/systems.
Strong negotiation interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
