Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Revenue Manager to join our team in Novotel Cairo Airport Egypt. As a key member of our commercial strategy team you will be responsible for optimizing revenue streams analyzing market trends and implementing effective pricing strategies to maximize our organizations financial performance.

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize pricing and inventory across all distribution channels
  • Analyze market trends competitor activities and historical data to forecast demand and adjust pricing accordingly
  • Collaborate with sales marketing and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives
  • Generate and maintain accurate revenue reports providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Manage rate parity across all channels and ensure compliance with pricing policies
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly forecasts annual budgets and long-term projections
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
  • Maintain and optimize the use of revenue management systems and tools
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue management
  • Participate in special projects aimed at uncovering new revenue opportunities and enhancing overall performance

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience 
  • Bachelors degree in Hotel Management Accounting Finance Mathematics or a related field
  • Proven experience in revenue management preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in data analysis forecasting and revenue optimization techniques
  • Experience with revenue management systems (e.g. Ideas RMS Opera PMS/ORS TARS)
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends competitive pricing strategies and distribution channels
  • Familiarity with online travel agencies (OTAs) and other digital distribution platforms
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel
  • Adaptability to new technologies and industry changes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
