DescriptionThe ideal candidate will take full ownership of customer engagement across both existing and prospective accounts. This includes developing a deep understanding of customer needs and business drivers to effectively position Honeywells solutions. You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic sales and growth plans aligned with broader business objectives while consistently delivering value through technical expertise and consultative selling.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Drive the growth of Honeywell in Hospitality Vertical covering the GRMS KNX & Wiring Devices EP solution - across Egypt Levant & Libya.
- Lead commercial activities through a network of partners through strong reach to the hospitality sector stakeholders and decision makers.
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with hotel Chains partners electrical contractors consultants and key customer accounts to ensure long-term business success.
- Proactively monitor sales performance negotiate contracts and implement initiatives to maximize revenue in alignment with predefined business targets.
- Conduct competitive analysis and coordinate responsive strategies in collaboration with the Africa Business Leader.
- Continuously assess market dynamics customer needs and product positioning to inform pricing service offerings and go-to-market strategies.
QualificationsKey Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or a related technical field. (Female/Male)
- 7 years of proven experience in Account Management with a strong focus on the Hospitality Sector & Automation.
- Experience in BMS GRMS KNX.
- Experience in Wiring Devices will be an edge.
- Proficiency in CRM systems particularly Salesforce.
- Fluency in English.
