Job Overview:
The Front Desk HHRR & Marketing assistant provides general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the reception area while assisting in HR-related tasks. This role is responsible for managing documentation addressing employee and visitor requests coordinating services and supporting internal activities. The position contributes to operational efficiency and helps maintain a professional work environment.
HR & Employee Support:
- Support HR activities related to employee engagement culture and wellness initiatives.
- Assist in the onboarding and induction process including coordinating orientation sessions and immersive experiences for new hires.
- Take employee photos for ID badges and lanyards.
- Address and process employee concerns claims or suggestions related to HR and workplace culture.
- Support employee benefits management including insurance daycare cooperative programs and other corporate benefits.
- Assist with distributing employee gifts uniforms and other company-issued items.
Marketing Support:

Support internal communications newsletters and promotional materials.

Coordinate logistics for marketing events photo shoots and branding activities.
Participate in Marketing activities and act as a point of contact in SFM for the Marketing Team.
General Responsibilities:
- Meet individual performance goals and responsibilities to contribute to the departments success.
- Provide temporary coverage for colleagues on vacation or leave to ensure operational continuity.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor in alignment with company values policies and ethical standards.
- Offer assistance to management and HR leadership as needed to achieve departmental and company-wide objectives.
- Continuously develop technical skills and professional competencies by attending training sessions and company-sponsored learning programs.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in administrative tasks.
- Proactive and service-oriented approach.
- English level B1-Intermediate (minimum requirement).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Student or graduate in Psychology Administration or related fields.
