Job Summary



We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to streamline workflows manage documentation and improve communication so our project managers can focus on what they do best: driving successful projects.

Role Overview
As a Project Administrator you ll provide critical operational and administrative support to our project management team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills a proactive approach and a background in construction administration. You ll ensure smooth processes across documentation subcontractor communication and project tracking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage document control and filing including organizing bid proposals submittals RFIs and other project documentation.
  • Maintain and update project logs and trackers (submittal log RFI log etc.).
  • Coordinate communication with subcontractors and vendors sending reminders and following up on outstanding items.
  • Assist project managers with drafting basic RFIs and supporting documents.
  • Manage project platforms such as Procore Building Connected and SharePoint.
  • Provide general administrative support including scheduling meetings and taking minutes.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed to maximize the efficiency of the project management team.
Qualifications
  • 3 5 years of experience in construction administration project coordination or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).
  • Experience with construction management platforms (Procore Building Connected or SharePoint) strongly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.
