Job Description

As an Outside Sales Representative you will play a crucial role in generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Representing our company in the field you will identify client needs present tailored solutions and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful business development strong sales and closing skills proactive lead generation and natural relationship-building abilities. You will report to Regional Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various channels including cold calling networking and attending industry events.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms pricing and contracts with clients to secure sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to strategically position our products and services.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities pipeline status and market feedback to customers and the sales manager.
  • Customer Support: Address and resolve client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner ensuring a positive customer experience.

En tant que Reprsentant des ventes externes vous jouerez un rle crucial dans la gnration de nouvelles affaires et le maintien des relations avec les clients existants. Reprsentant notre entreprise sur le terrain vous identifierez les besoins des clients prsenterez des solutions personnalises et stimulerez la croissance des revenus. Le candidat idal aura un historique prouv de dveloppement commercial russi de solides comptences en vente et en clturant les ventes une gnration proactive de leads et des capacits naturelles tablir des relations.

Responsabilits cls :

  • Prospection et gnration de leads : Identifier et cibler les clients potentiels par divers canaux y compris les appels froid le rseautage et la participation des vnements industriels.
  • Prsentations de vente : Raliser des prsentations et des dmonstrations de produits engageantes pour les clients potentiels en communiquant efficacement la proposition de valeur de nos offres.
  • Gestion des relations clients : Dvelopper et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients existants pour assurer leur satisfaction et identifier des opportunits de ventes supplmentaires et croises.
  • Ngociation et clturer des ventes : Ngocier les termes les prix et les contrats avec les clients pour scuriser les ventes et atteindre ou dpasser les objectifs de vente.
  • Analyse de march : Rester inform des tendances de lindustrie des conditions du march et des activits des concurrents pour positionner stratgiquement nos produits et services.
  • Rapports : Fournir des rapports rguliers sur les activits de vente ltat de lantenoire et le feedback du march aux clients et au responsable des ventes.
  • Support client : Traiter et rsoudre les proccupations ou problmes des clients de manire rapide et professionnelle assurant une exprience client positive.

Qualifications :

  • Experience: Proven track record of business development and closing sales is required. Industry experience is not necessary.
  • Skills: Strong sales negotiation and presentation skills. Excellent communication skills both oral and written and proficiency in Teams meetings.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in business Marketing or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated solution-oriented dynamic and able to work independently. Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Language Requirements: Fluent in French with strong working proficiency in English.
  • Travel: Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory in Quebec including trade shows and national meetings. Overnight travel is required.

This positions compensation is a base salary bonus (you will succeed well in this role if you are motivated by closing deals to earn bonus). 

Qualifications :

    • Exprience : Historique prouv de dveloppement commercial et de clturer des ventes requis. Lexprience dans lindustrie nest pas ncessaire.
    • Comptences : Comptences levs en vente ngociation et prsentation. Excellentes comptences en communication tant loral qu lcrit et matrise des runions sur Teams.
    • ducation : Un degr universitaire en commerce marketing ou autre est prfr mais non requis.
    • Comptence technique : Familiarit avec lutilisation de CRM et de la suite Microsoft Office.
    • Attributs personnels : Motiv orient vers les solutions dynamique et capable de travailler de manire indpendante. Dmontrer un haut niveau de professionnalisme et dintgrit.
    • Exigences linguistiques : Matrise du franais avec un habilit de travailler fonctionnellement en anglais.
    • Dplacements : Permis de conduire valide avec un dossier de conduite propre. Volont de voyager frquemment dans le territoire assign au Qubec y compris les salons professionnels et les runions nationales. Les dplacements de nuit sont requis.

La rmunration de ce poste est un salaire de base une commission (vous russirez bien dans ce rle si vous tes motiv par clturer des ventes pour gagner des commissions)
