Customer has an immediate requirement for an CCaaS developer under Contact Centre Infrastructure (CCI). This role will be within the CCI Operations development team which is accountable for continuous service improvement to Amazon Connect. - We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Engineer with expertise in Amazon Connect and AWS infrastructure to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing optimizing and securing our cloud-based contact center and associated AWS services.
- The individual will have an in-depth knowledge of cloud contact center technologies development skills and a broad understanding of enterprise infrastructure needed to address security stability and supportability of services.
Role and Responsibilities - Design implement and maintain Amazon Connect environments and associated AWS services Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for
- efficient deployment and updates Configure and optimize Splunk for log management and analysis
Set up and maintain CloudWatch monitoring and alerting systems Manage and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters for containerized applications Implement and enforce security best practices and governance policies across AWS infrastructure Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues. - Automate operational tasks and create dashboards for performance monitoring
Experience (Years): 8-10 Essential Skills: Hands-on working experience architecting Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions, including customization and integration. Guidewire certification is a technologies of interest: Guidewire Cloud, Salesforce CRM, legacy modernization, and AWS. Proven knowledge & architecture experience in, architecture (digital / digital marketing / micro / macro / monolithic services, APIs), application integration, service-oriented architecture, event-driven architecture, application architecture, distributed architecture, data architecture and experience with modelling languages & techniques. Can quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies. Can understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations. Strong technical background (platforms, languages, protocols, frameworks, open source, etc.).Experience with architecture frameworks (TOGAF) & architecture certifications a in engaging and supporting claims teams and understanding their day-to-day operations in the P&C insurance space.
