You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are currently looking for a marketing advisor to join our dynamic marketing team. Reporting to the regional marketing and communications team leader the successful candidate will support the Qubec region in all marketing-related activities.
We offer a flexible hybrid work model that allows you to work from home and from one of our offices in the Montreal metropolitan area.
Primary responsibilities
Support regional marketing efforts in Qubec in collaboration with the team leader.
Coordinate the organization of trade shows customer events advertising campaigns and customer list management according to regional needs.
Manage region-specific price quotes and ensure their coordination.
Contribute to digital marketing initiatives and coordinate advertising placements in specialized magazines and websites.
Oversee various administrative tasks related to marketing for the Qubec region.
Develop and coordinate promotional and presentation materials to support sales initiatives.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams and experts to fully understand industry issues and specifics.
Provide logistical support for events webinars presentations and client proposals.
Write and publish digital content including blog posts social media posts and regional announcements.
Monitor social media for all regions to ensure consistency and relevance of communications.
Qualifications :
Five (5) years of experience in marketing and communications
Degree in marketing communications public relations or project management
Experience working in an agile environment with the ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines
Fluency in French and English both spoken and written. Bilingualism is an essential requirement for this position in order to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders including our clients partners and cross-functional teams nationwide
Ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders; experience in communicating and presenting to senior management.
Technical knowledge and experience with various social media platforms Microsoft Office Teams and SharePoint.
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and tools is an asset but not required.
Collaborative and team-oriented able to work with different teams in addition to the marketing team.
