Key Responsabilities
The Field Service Coordinator is responsible for the coordination activities of the Technicians and the Services.
Coordinate the schedule of the Technicians for allocation at the customer.
Communicate with customers and suppliers and provide guidance to Service Technicians.
Preparation of detailed and organized technical reports.
Qualifications and Experience
High school with a technical school certificate.
05 years in the role of Coordination of Technical Assistants.
Intermediate/advanced English (writing and conversation).
Technical Skills
Microsoft Office - Excel Word Power Point
Knowledge of ERP SAP B1.
Ability to solve problems and propose alternatives.
Control of agendas dates prediction of the need for orders.
Knowledge in travel to coordinate travel time by air road accommodation etc.
