Recruitment Partner

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Recruitment Partner to support technical and professional hiring at Entain. This role based in Sofia Bulgaria will act as a key recruitment contact point for stakeholders locally and a valued partner for global Resourcing colleagues.

Youll play a vital role in managing full-cycle recruitment for specialised roles across Customer Care Operations Product & Technology Corporate & Commercial while collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver quality outcomes. This role requires a strong communicator with experience in professional recruitment and a passion for stakeholder engagement and service excellence.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for professional roles across various business areas.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements hiring priorities and team culture.
• Serve as the local point of contact in Bulgaria for global Recruitment Partners providing insight into the local market and supporting hiring initiatives.
• Contribute to the Group Resourcing team by ensuring a consistent and effective recruitment experience across the region.
• Use recruitment tools (ATS sourcing platforms assessments) to source screen and present high-quality candidates.
• Represent Entains employer brand through a professional and candidate-focused recruitment process.
• Support continuous improvement of hiring processes and tools to deliver operational excellence.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in recruiting technical and/or professional profiles (e.g. tech finance HR complex roles).
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise influence and build trust with hiring managers and global peers.
• Comfortable working in a global matrixed environment with remote collaboration.
• Strong sourcing and assessment skills with a good understanding of recruitment technologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication organisation and time management.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Sofia Bulgaria.
