About the Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Service Centre Senior Advisor (Business) to be the first point of contact for employee support and advice across various operational and transactional matters.
Using our service management tool youll assist staff by providing guidance on policies and procedures resolving a wide range of inquiries and escalating more complex matters to specialist teams when needed.
In this role you will:
- Build strong relationships with staff by delivering high quality customer service.
- Respond to low to medium complexity (tier 1) requests and ensure timely and accurate resolutions.
- Redirect more complex (tier 2) queries to the appropriate teams while keeping requesters informed of progress.
- Support continuous improvement by helping to transition services from self service (tier 0) to tier 1 support including guiding users through available resources and service pathways.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills attention to detail and a passion for service excellence to make a real impact in a collaborative and evolving environment.
About you
- The occupant of this position will hold relevant tertiary qualifications or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
Candidates must have full unrestricted Australian work rights and may be subject to a National criminal history check.

This is a fixed term opportunity until 31/12/2025 based at Brisbane South (Nathan). As Griffith is a multi-site University you may be required to work across other locations.
HEW 5 Salary - $79705.66 - $89416.39 17% super. Full package range - $93255.63 - $104617.18.
