Your opportunity -CPB is actively seeking a talented Senior HR Advisor to join our dynamic team on a large scale building project Melbourne.

Provide expert advice on people matters

Collaborate with Talent Learning & Development Teams to achieve the best outcomes for the project

Our minimum requirements for this role are:

Experience in a similar generalist People & Culture Business Partner role

Experience managing complex employee relations issues providing guidance on Remuneration & Benefits initiatives and other P&C matters

Demonstrated experience initiating and driving leading edge HR initiatives and supporting client group through periods of organisational change

Strong relationship management and communication skills including the ability to influence key stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and offer pragmatic solutions
