About the Role
- Follow our proven Road to a Sale process from greeting to delivery.
- Manage enquiries with speed and professionalism both online and in-person.
- Conduct detailed customer needs analysis and present tailored vehicle solutions.
- Upsell finance warranty and aftermarket products to maximise every opportunity.
- Complete accurate CRM documentation for every interaction.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries ensuring an exceptional handover experience.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across a wide variety of prestige brands.
Qualifications :
- Currently a New Car Executive or experienced prestige sales professional.
- Process-driven with proven success following a structured sales approach.
- Strong closer with the ability to maximise every lead.
- Well-presented professional and confident in building rapport quickly.
- Competitive and results-oriented with a winning attitude.
- Excellent written verbal and digital communication skills.
- Full drivers licence.
