Requirements
- The MuleSoft Platform Administrator will be responsible for managing maintaining and optimizing the MuleSoft Any-point Platform to support integration across various education systems.
- This role ensures secure scalable and reliable data exchange between applications and services used by the Department of Education.
Key Responsibilities
- Install configure and manage MuleSoft ESB and Any-point Platform components.
- Monitor system performance availability and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and platform issues.
- Implement and maintain security protocols and access controls.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to deploy MuleSoft applications.
- Perform regular system backups and recovery procedures.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations updates and troubleshooting.
- Stay current with MuleSoft updates and best practices.
- Provide technical support and training to internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a MuleSoft Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of MuleSoft Any-point Platform ESB and API management.
- Familiarity with SOA design principles and middleware technologies.
- Experience in UNIX/Linux environments.
- Understanding of network protocols firewalls and security configurations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- MuleSoft certifications (e.g. MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect or Developer) preferred.

- Experience working in government or education sectors.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and agile methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
