The About

THE resources HUB is a leading career development recruitment and talent management consultancy specialising in the mining and resources and heavy industry sectors. The primary role is to support clients and candidates through the full recruitment cycle building strong relationships and matching talented professionals to roles across the resources industry. This position is flexible with part-time full-time or job-share arrangements and is particularly suited to mothers seeking school-time hours.

The Opportunity

This position offers a supportive and flexible work environment with the opportunity to grow within a dynamic team. You will also have the chance to earn KPI bonuses while making a real impact by helping candidates find meaningful roles in the resources sector.

The Tasks Ahead:
  • Source and screen candidates across multiple recruitment channels.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews and assess candidate suitability.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for clients.
  • Support the recruitment team with administrative and database tasks.
  • Liaise with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

About You

You are an experienced Resourcer or Recruitment professional with strong sourcing skills and a passion for helping people connect with the right opportunities. You are organised proactive and enjoy working in a team-focused environment. Flexibility and the ability to work school-hour arrangements is highly desirable.

Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisation and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency with recruitment databases and job boards.
  • Ability to work part-time full-time or in a job-share arrangement (school-hour hours considered).
