Job Description
Responsibilities / Tasks
Warehouse Operations:
- Assist to receive inspect and record incoming stock.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations.
- Pick pack and dispatch orders according to schedule.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
SLA Kit Management:
- Maintain accurate records of SLA kits including contents locations and usage history.
- Ensure SLA kits are prepared stocked and dispatched according to predefined service standards.
- Coordinate with technical teams or field service units to ensure SLA kits meet operational requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of SLA kits to verify completeness expiry dates and readiness.
Inventory Management:
- Assist with regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Update inventory systems with accurate data.
- Assist in cycle counts and annual stock takes.
Logistics Coordination:
- Assist to coordinate with transport providers for timely deliveries and collections.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
- Prepare shipping documentation and labels.
System & Reporting:
- Use ERP/WMS systems to manage inventory and logistics data.
- Generate reports on stock levels order fulfillment and logistics performance.
- Support audits and compliance checks.
Customer & Internal Support:
- Liaise with internal departments to fulfill stock requests.
- Respond to queries related to inventory and deliveries.
- Support urgent or special logistics requests.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Matric or equivalent; logistics or supply chain certification preferred.
- 2 years experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
- forklift license will be an advantage
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Microsoft office.
