Job Description
Position Summary-
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team as an Operations Intern. This internship offers exposure to various facets of operations management and provides an opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized adaptable and possesses strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities-
- Collaborate with team members to identify inefficiencies in operational processes and propose solutions for improvement
- Collect analyze and present data related to key performance indictors (KPIs) and operational metrics. Prepare reports to track progress and identify trends
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operational processes procedures and compliance requirements.
- Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure products or services meet established standards and customer requirements.
Qualifications-
- Must be pursuing a degree in Business Administration Operations Management Supply Chain Management or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated work ethic and detail-orientation
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment and produce high-quality work
- Collaboration and teamwork
