Telesales Executive

Location: On-site Interview Mode: Face-to-Face only
Client: One of India s top matrimonial platforms
Office Hours: Mon to Sat 9:30 AM 6:30 PM (1-hour break)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls in Tamil Malayalam or Telugu (any one language is mandatory)

• Promote client services and build strong customer relationships

• Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive follow-ups

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide excellent customer support

• Support marketing initiatives and handle client queries professionally

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of telesales or customer service experience & Telesales in any one language Tamil or Malayalam or Telugu

• Degree or Diploma is required

• Must provide proof of experience (experience letter relieving letter payslip bank statement or salary certificate)

• Salary based on relevant telesales experience and supporting documents

• Must be willing to work on-site and attend a face-to-face interview

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Tamil Malayalam or Telugu (any one)

• Strong communication negotiation and customer service skills

• Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office

• Goal-driven organized and a team player
