the role:

Are you a recent graduate or young professional eager to take your first big step in sales Were looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our Customer Success Department. This is your chance to build a strong foundation learn from experienced colleagues and grow in a role that makes a real impact.


You will be right at the center of our inside sales process handling renewals customer retention and day-to-day communication with both customers and partners. It is a role that directly supports the sales pipeline and has a clear impact on the companys growth.


In this position you will work closely with the sales and pre-sales team especially the Account Executive while also being part of a global team across Europe the US and Asia. You will be based in our HQ at Solli Oslo where we work out of modern offices and enjoy a warm lunch together every day. Because Pixotope is still a growing company there is plenty of room to take on responsibility early make your mark and build a strong foundation for a career in sales customer success or the media technology industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop an effective inside sales process within the Customer Success Department
  • Handle low-touch sales communications with customers and channel partners
  • Qualify leads and opportunities passing them to the appropriate account managers when necessary
  • Conduct outreach campaigns via phone email and social media to generate new business opportunities
  • Prepare and manage quotes for customers and partners ensuring timely follow-up and renewals
  • Conduct PO booking process to ensure invoicing and product delivery occur in line with PO
  • Coordinate product demos with Pre-Sales team to show potential new customers our products
  • Coordinate with international partners and resellers to support ongoing deals and renewals
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Marketing Finance and Product to align strategies and messaging
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the companys CRM system
  • Provide regular reports on pipeline development and sales activities
  • Stay up-to-date with Pixotopes products services and industry trends
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure customer payments are processed correctly and in a timely manner
  • Take ownership of key processes where you will be trusted with responsibility early on

Qualifications:

  • A bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly
  • Comfortable using technology and quick to pick up new tools and systems
  • Driven and self-motivated with the desire to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Curious eager to learn and excited to grow in a fast-moving company
  • Basic understanding of financial processes and confidence working with financial data
  • Fluent in English (other languages are a big plus with our global customer base)



Preferred qualifications:

  • Sales experience ideally in a technology or software environment
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Knowledge of virtual production broadcast or media industry
