This position is vitalfor improving efficiencyand safety within our Liquid Pipelines (LP) Operations will be responsible for developingand implementing effective work management processesto ensure the safe field maintenance of LP assets.

What you will do:
Leads development and execution of LP Field Work Management Metrics and processes for all phases of work management (Identify Plan Schedule Execute Close Analyze). This includes a specific focus on work management processes related to equipment maintenance data.
Leads management of change and Implements Maximo data changes deemed to be within LP.
Collaborates with operating Regions enterprise teams and other business units for sharing of metric creation analytics and trends from the work management data.
Drives continuous data and metric improvement in preparation of new Maximo releases.
Leads the resolution of work management data issues and gaps that affect performance.
Who you are:
Related university degree and sevenplus years experience OR tenplus years of previous field operations experience OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
Experience knowledge and understanding of work management philosophies and practices.
Must be detail-oriented and possess intellectual curiosity.
Proficient in using Microsoft Power BI or equivalent for data analytics reports and dashboards is considered an asset
Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (Maximo or other) preferred.
Uses critical and strategic thinking to resolve analytical and technical conflicts.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping kneeling light moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds) reaching above shoulder repetitive motion typing sitting standing visual requirement (able to see screens detect color coding read fine print) hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Salary range- $94000-$127000/yr
