Your part in St Stephens Hospital team
The After Hours Nurse Coordinator will provide managerial support to all departments within the hospital after hours. You will lead the hospital staff in achieving service excellence and act as a resource person for quality assurance and improvement. You will assess staffing levels of individual areas and where necessary relocate staff to meet clinical and organisational needs.
