Job Description

Job Title: Commercial Glass & Glazing Project Manager
Location: Wilmington DE
Job Type: Full-Time

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Glass & Glazing Project Manager to oversee projects ranging from $50000 to $3M. The ideal candidate will bring 2 years of project management experience in the commercial glass or glazing industry and be able to manage all aspects of projects from planning through completion. This is a great opportunity to join a small close-knit office while managing large-scale subcontracted labor teams on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple commercial glass and glazing projects simultaneously from contract award to closeout.
Oversee budgets schedules and project deliverables ensuring work is completed on time and within scope.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors vendors architects engineers general contractors and clients.
Provide leadership and direction to subcontracted labor crews ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare project documentation change orders RFIs and reports.
Resolve project challenges proactively and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications:
2 years of project management experience in the glass and glazing industry (commercial experience preferred; residential experience considered) or similar.
Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes contracts and project delivery.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience working with subcontractors and coordinating across multiple teams.
Proficiency with project management software Microsoft Office Suite and construction-related tools.
