Position: Games Presenter Team Manager
Location: Belgrade Serbia
Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a motivated Games Presenter Team Manager to join our operations team in Belgrade. This role requires a proactive leader who can inspire guide and support a team of Game Presenters while ensuring smooth operations and alignment with company standards.
Key Responsibilities

Lead guide and support team members to foster personal and professional development.

Oversee day-to-day operations including attendance management and performance monitoring.

Promote a collaborative and positive team culture through open communication and regular interactions.

Identify individual and team training needs coordinating with relevant departments to ensure growth.

Support training and development initiatives that drive organizational goals.

Ensure consistent delivery of services in line with company values policies and KPIs.

Address and resolve operational or performance-related issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements

Native or fluent English (C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar managerial or supervisory role.

Academic background in management or a related field (preferred).

Previous experience in the gaming entertainment or hospitality industry (an advantage).

Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or equivalent.

Strong leadership team development and interpersonal skills.

Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Flexibility to work rotational shifts including nights weekends and holidays.
